Arkansas Duck and Deer Lodge and Hunting Land for Lease During Duck Season
We have a 4,000 sq. ft. newly constructed lodge that can sleep up to 10 people very comfortably. It is 2-story, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Includes a sun room, screened in grill room, a 4X8 saferoom for guns and equipment, ADT Security System, satellite, wood stove and Jacuzzi in master bathroom. Very private area. No need to worry about cleaning, we will take care of that for you. If you like grilled food, you're in luck cause we can do that too. We also provide equipment and skeets for optional target practice.The lodge is located only 15 minutes from the Duck Capital of the world Stuttgart, AR where it sits on 60 acres of hunting ground. Also located only 35 minutes away, is the Bayou Meto public hunting ground, which is 33,832 acres and 45 minutes from White River Refuge, which is 160,000 acres. And remember this hunting ground is also good for deer hunting. Duck Guides are optional. America's Premiere Waterfowl Outfitters-Mack's Prairie Wings and Rich-N-Tone are only 15 minutes away. And don't forget about our famous Duck Gumbo and Duck Calling Contest. To make your experience even more fulfilling, we can provide a private pilot to assist in getting a bird's eye view of the area for spotting wildlife or for leisure time. (could include extra cost depending on time and diatance). Also, we can't forget about out local Country Store and Cafe Papa Joes. We really want to make this experience memorable.
